Mutton Fry


Ingredients:

# Mutton - 1 kg
# Green Chilli - 25 nos
# Ginger-garlic paste - 2 1/2 tbsp
# Gram flour - 2 tbsp
# Rice flour - 50 grams
# Corn flour - 200 grams
# Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
# Chilli powder - 3 tbsp
# Garam masala powder  - 1/2 tbsp
# Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
# Curry leaves - as required
# Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - as required
# Salt - as required

Preparation:
# Cut the mutton into small pieces.

# To the mutton, add salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well. 

# Allow it to marinate for a while. 

# Prepare a thick batter with the corn flour, gram flour and  rice flour. 

# Add this to the mutton and marinate for another hour. 

# Heat oil and fry the mutton pieces like pakoras and add the curry leaves and chillies.

# Fry until the mutton is crisp and golden brown.

# Garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.
