Ingredients:
# Chicken legs - 2
# Onions (finely chopped) - 2 nos
# Spring onions - 2 bunches
# Mint powder (optional) - 2 tbsp
# Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
# Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch
# Mint leaves - 30 nos
# Curry leaves - as required
# Garam masala powder - as required
# Salt - as required
# Oil - as required
# Pepper powder - 2 tsp
# Green chillis - as required
# Curd - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
# Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and spring onions and saute till it becomes golden brown.
# Add garam masala powder and pepper powder and also the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes off.
# Now, add the chicken legs and the curd, and cook on low flame for atleast 10 minutes, till the chicken is half cooked.
# After the chicken is half cooked, add the mint powder, chilies, mint and the coriander leaves, and saute for about a minute.
# Add water and cook in a covered vessel until the chicken is tender.
# Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve along with rotis, naans, or parathas.
