Mutton Cutlet


Ingredients:

# Mutton (minced) - 1/2 kg
# Onions - 1 nos
# Potatoes - 1 nos
# Pepper - 1 tsp
# Green Chillis - 4
# Ginger garlic paste - 4 tbsp
# Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - as required
# Garam masala - 2 tbsp
# Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
# Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
# Eggs - 2 nos
# Oil - as required
# Bread Crumbs - as required
# Salt - as required
# Lemon juice - a few drops

Preparation:

# Boil the potato, mash it and leave it aside.

# Grind the onion along with green chillis, pepper, lemon juice, coriander leaves, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste. 

# Now, mix the minced mutton along with the masala paste, salt and the mashed potatoes and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

# Make medium-sized patties and coat it with bread crumbs and beaten eggs. 

# Heat oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan, and deep fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown on both sides.

# Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
