INGREDIENTS:
# Wheat flour - 2 cups
# Cheese (grated) - 1 cup
# Salt - as required
# Ghee - 2 tbsp
# Pepper powder - 1 tsp
# Onions (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
# Chili (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
# Garam masala powder- as required
PREPARATION:
# Mix the wheat flour with salt and ghee.
# Add warm water and mix until a smooth, non-sticky dough is formed.
# For the stuffing, add the grated cheese, chopped onions, chopped chilies, garam masala and the pepper powder and mix them evenly.
# Roll the dough into balls of about 2 inches of diameter and gently press the center to make it look like well.
# In this, place the cheese stuffing, and seal properly so that there are no holes or cracks.
# Now, gently roll out the chapathis, neither too thick nor too thin, making sure that there are no cracks.
# On a warm tawa, cook the chapathis well on both sides.
# Serve warm with sauce or any spicy gravy.
