Ingredients:
# Mutton - 1 kg
# Ginger garlic paste - 6 tbsp
# Chilli powder - 4 tbsp
# Turmeric powder - 3 tbsp
# Garam masala - 7 tbsp
# Salt - as required
# Green chillis - 7 nos
# Curry leaves - as required
# Water - as required
# Onions (finely chopped) - 4
# Coriander (finely chopped) - as required
# Cooking oil - as required
Preparation:
# Clean the mutton, and chop it into small pieces.
# Heat some oil in a pressure cooker and add the ginger 3 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 4 tablespoons of garam masala, 4 tablespoons of chilli powder, salt and saute till the raw smell of the spices fade away.
# Now, add the mutton pieces and saute for about a minute.
# Add water and pressure cook the mutton until it is cooked.
# Remove the cooked mutton from fire and keep aside and allow it to cool.
# In a large heavy bottomed pan, heat the oil and add the onions and cook until the onions are golden brown.
# Add the curry leaves, chillis, ginger garlic paste, and the left over spices and cook until the raw smell fades away.
# To this, add the cooked mutton and cook until the gravy thickens.
# Garnish with the coriander leaves, and serve warm.
