Banana Ice-cream



Ingredients:

# Ripe Bananas - 4 nos
# Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
# Cream - 3 cups
# Eggs - 4 nos
# Banana essence - atleast 4 tsp
# Cashew nuts - 1 cup
# Milk - 1 cup
# Sugar - 150 grams

Preparation:

# Mash the ripe bananas and keep it aside.

# Separate the egg white from yolk and keep it aside.

# Beat the egg white along with the bananas, sugar nuts and all the other ingredients.

# Refrigerate for two hours and whip it. 

# Refrigerate it again and serve cold, garnishing with tutti-fruits or chocolate chips.
