INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti - 400 gms
Green chillies - 4 no
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Onions (finely chopped) - 1 (Medium sized)
Sliced Vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum) - 1 cup
(or)
Fried Chicken (small pieces) - 1 cup (Recipe given below)
Oil - As required
Butter - As required
METHOD:
# Boil the spaghetti with salt and water.
# After it is completely cooked, drain the excess water and keep it aside.
# Heat oil and butter in a pan and add the finely chopped onions and chillies and fry it till onions become golden brown.
# Add the soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder and salt and cook till the blend with the onions.
# Add the vegetables or chicken** and cook till they become tender and the masala blends with vegetables. Add little water if necessary.
# Add the boiled spaghetti and stir well in medium flame and remove it from flame.
# Garnish and serve...
**Chicken fry:
# Marinate small pieces of chicken with chilli powder (1 tsp) and juice of half a lemon for atleast half an hour.
# Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken till it turns brown.
# You may also use chicken nuggets as a substitute.
