INGREDIENTS:
Bananas (fully ripe) - Half a kilo
Ghee - Half a cup
Almonds, Cashew, Dry Grapes - 1 tbsp each
Sugar - 2 cups
METHOD:
# Peel the bananas and mash them into a fine pulp.
# Heat ghee in a pan and add the bananas and fry it till it is cooked.
# While frying the bananas, stir them continuously, making sure that the bananas are not burnt.
# After the bananas are cooked, add sugar to it and cook on medium flame till the sugar melts.
# Remove it from the flame.
# In a separate pan, heat ghee and fry the dry fruits and nuts and add these to the bananas.
SERVE ONCE IT BECOMES WARM...
