INGREDIENTS:
Maida - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Egg - 1 no
Red or Orange food colour - As required
Oil - For frying
Potatoes (big) - 3 nos
Toothpicks (wooden) - As required
Boneless chicken - 300 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Chopped ginger and garlic - 2 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Lemon - half
Salt - As required
METHOD:
# Clean and cut the chicken pieces to thick, 1 inch strips.
# Mix the chicken, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger and garlic, juice of half a lemon, coriander leaves and salt and allow it to marinate overnight.
# After marination, add maida, corn flour, food colour, and egg to it and mix them well.
# Peel the potatoes and slice them.
# Place a chicken piece on a potato slice and roll it and pierce it using a toothpick.
(or)
# Just pierce the chicken pieces and potatoes together in the toothpick.
# Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces.
