Delicious Carrot Halwa


Ingredients:

Carrot (Washed,cleaned and grated) - 500 gm
Milk - 200 ml
Sugar - 200 gm
Dry fruits and nuts - As per your taste
Elachi - 10 nos
Ghee - 4 teaspoons

For Khoya:

Milk - 1 litre
Lemon juice - 5 drops


Method:

### Prepare Khoya by boiling 1 ltr of milk and adding a few drops of lemon juice and strain away the excess water.

### Heat a teaspoon in a kadai and add the grated carrot and saute it for atleast 5 minutes.

### Add 200 ml of milk and allow it to boil.

### Stir the mixture continuously and then add sugar and powdered elachi and saute well for 5 minutes.

### Add the remaining ghee and the grated dry fruits and vegetables.

### Reduce the flame and add the khoya and saute well.

### Remove the halwa from the stove. 

GARNISH  AND  SERVE  WARM  OR  COOL...
