Ingredients:
# Paneer (grated) - 1 cup
# Cheese (grated) - 1/4 cup
# Maida - 1/2 cup
# Salt - as required
# Onions (finely chopped) - 1 cup
# Ginger (minced) - 1/2 tsp
# Garlic (chopped) - 3/4 tsp
# Chilli powder - 1 tsp
# Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
# Pepper powder - a little
# Coriander powder - 1 tsp
# Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
# Soya sauce - a few drops
# Salt - as required
# Oil - to fry
# Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - as required
Preparation:
# Mix the grated paneer and cheese together and keep it aside. Make sure to keep it cool.
# Prepare a dough with maida, salt, and pepper powder, and divide it into small balls, or of any desired shape.
# Stuff the paneer and cheese mixture into the dough balls, making sure that only a small layer of dough covers the mixture.
# In a frying pan, heat oil and fry these until golden brown and keep it aside.
# In a heavy bottomed vessel, heat oil and add the minced ginger and garlic and fry it until the raw smell fades away.
# Add the chopped onions and saute until it turns golden brown.
# Now, add all the spice powders and the coriander leaves and saute for a minute or two.
# Add the tomato sauce, and vinegar and sprinkle some water if necessary.
# Now, add the fried stuffed balls, and mix well.
# Garnish with grated cheese and serve warm.
