Cheesy Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

All purpose flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Milk - 3 1/2 cups
Grated parmesan cheese - 2 cups
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon 
Oregano and chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon each
Cooked Pasta - 3 cups
Bell peppers (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Corn kernels - 1/4 cup
Broccoli (diced and cooked) - 1/4 cup
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
# Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - to garnish



Preparation:

# In a pan, heat the olive oil and add finely chopped garlic and saute till the raw smell subsides.

Then add the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, corn, and broccoli) and saute for a few minutes and keep it aside.

In a non-stick pan, melt the butter on a medium flame and add in the flour, stirring it constantly. Stir until no it forms a smooth batter. 

# Add the milk slowly and continue stirring.

# Stir until a thick mixture is formed and then add in the grated cheese, followed by the ground pepper, oregano, salt and chilli flakes.

# Add the cooked pasta and the sauteed vegetables and toss the pasta over medium flame.

# After the pasta is tossed, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
