
Ingredients:
# All purpose flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup
# Butter - 1/4 cup
# Milk - 3 1/2 cups
# Grated parmesan cheese - 2 cups
# Salt - to taste
# Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
# Oregano and chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon each
# Cooked Pasta - 3 cups
# Bell peppers (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
# Corn kernels - 1/4 cup
# Broccoli (diced and cooked) - 1/4 cup
# Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon
# Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
# Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - to garnish
Preparation:
# In a pan, heat the olive oil and add finely chopped garlic and saute till the raw smell subsides.
# Then add the chopped vegetables (bell peppers, corn, and broccoli) and saute for a few minutes and keep it aside.
# In a non-stick pan, melt the butter on a medium flame and add in the flour, stirring it constantly. Stir until no it forms a smooth batter.
# Add the milk slowly and continue stirring.
# Stir until a thick mixture is formed and then add in the grated cheese, followed by the ground pepper, oregano, salt and chilli flakes.
# Add the cooked pasta and the sauteed vegetables and toss the pasta over medium flame.
# After the pasta is tossed, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
