INGREDIENTS:
v Boiled noodles - 2
cups
v sliced green pepper
- 4 tsp
v sliced Carrot - 6
tsp
v Onion – 1 small (thinly
sliced)
v Spring onion - 4
tsp
v chopped garlic - 2
tsp
v Garam Masala – a
pinch
v salt - to
taste
v Oil - 3 tsp
v Paneer - 1/ 2 cup
v Soya sauce - 2 tsp
v Chinese Chilli
Sauce - 1 tsp
v Schezwan Sauce - 2
tsp
v Sliced Cabbage - 3
tsp
METHOD:
v Boil noodles and
remove from the stove.
v Run cold water over
it and leave it aside.
v Heat oil in a pan
and add sliced onion and sauté for a while.
v When onion turns
light golden in colour, add the chopped garlic, garam masala, green pepper,
carrot and sauté for 10 to 15 seconds.
v Add cabbage and
spring onion.
v Add the paneer
cubes and sauté for another 10 seconds.
v Add chilli
sauce, schezwan sauce and soya sauce.
v Add boiled noodles,
and mix them together gently, adding chilli sauce, schezwan sauce and soya
sauce.
v Garnish with spring
onion and serve hot along with fried paneer or tomato sauce .
If you wish, you can fry paneer before adding it to the noodles.
